About The Integration
Northwind CRM holds your accounts, contacts and open opportunities, and for most sales teams it is the tool they live in all day. Connected to Fexiva, the spend that supports a deal, such as travel, client meals and gifts, is tagged to the opportunity it relates to at the moment it happens, which gives revenue leaders a true cost of sale and gives finance a clean attribution without a single manual re-class at month end.
How To Connect This
Connect with a Northwind administrator login and choose which pipelines should sync into Fexiva. Cardholders can then tag any transaction to an opportunity from the mobile app in a couple of taps, and every tag flows back to Northwind as an activity on the deal's timeline.
Get Support
- Deal and account lists refresh hourly.
- Spend tags appear on the Northwind opportunity timeline with the amount and receipt attached.
- Closed-won deals lock further tagging automatically.
- Duplicate accounts are flagged for merge before they cause confusion.
- Support through the Northwind marketplace listing.

What Syncs Automatically
- Accounts, opportunities and their owners arrive in Fexiva so a cardholder only ever sees the deals they are working on, and tagged spend with receipts travels back to Northwind where it sits on the timeline next to the calls and emails that make up the rest of the deal history.
- Cost-of-sale summaries per deal and per account are calculated continuously and written to a custom field in Northwind, so a sales leader reviewing a pipeline can see what winning each account is costing without opening a finance tool or asking for a report.
Why Sales Leaders Ask For The Numbers
Sales leaders finally see what it actually costs to win a customer, deal by deal, rather than as a blended quarterly figure.
Finance gets clean attribution without a single manual re-class, and the two teams stop arguing about whose spreadsheet is right because there is only one number and it was captured at the moment the money was spent. Over a few quarters that data changes how territories are planned and which accounts are worth an in-person visit.
