Globex Payroll

About The Integration

Globex Payroll pays teams in more than forty countries and handles the local tax, pension and reporting rules in each one. The Fexiva integration sends approved reimbursements to the next pay run automatically and pulls payroll totals back into the cash forecast, so people costs and everyday spend finally live in one view and finance can see the whole picture of what the company will pay out in the coming month.

How To Connect This

Authorise Fexiva from the Globex admin console, then pick the pay groups that should receive reimbursements and the cut-off you want to respect. Employees are matched by work email automatically, and any that cannot be matched are listed for a one-time manual link before the first run.

Get Support

  • Reimbursements are sent before the Globex cut-off you choose.
  • Payroll totals import as a single forecast line per pay group, updated after every run in Globex.
  • Employee matching handles name changes automatically.
  • Country-specific reimbursement rules are respected in every pay group.
  • Support through the shared help centre.

What Syncs Automatically

  1. Approved reimbursements travel to Globex with their receipts and the approver's name, land in the correct pay group and country, and are paid with salary on the next run, so employees never have to enter bank details into a second system or chase finance for a transfer.
  2. New starters and leavers flow from Globex into Fexiva so cards can be issued on day one and frozen on the last day without a ticket, and pay-run totals and dates come back the other way, giving the forecast the single largest cost line in the business.

Why People Teams Ask For It

Finance stops chasing reimbursement bank details, and employees are simply paid with their salary on the date they already expect.

The forecast finally shows payroll, the biggest cost most companies have, next to everything else rather than in a separate spreadsheet that is updated once a month. For a growing team that is hiring in several countries at once, seeing headcount cost and operating spend on the same timeline is the difference between a plan and a guess, and it arrives without anyone building a model.
