Biffco Pay

About The Integration

Biffco Pay processes card, wallet and bank payments for online checkouts and point-of-sale terminals in more than thirty countries. With the Fexiva integration every payout is matched to the underlying orders as it lands, processing fees are split out into their own line automatically, and your cash forecast includes money that has been captured but is still in transit, so nobody is surprised by the timing of a settlement.

What Syncs Automatically

  1. Payouts, fees, refunds and chargebacks arrive as individual lines with the customer and order references attached, so reconciling a settlement against the orders behind it becomes a review of a matched list rather than a hunt through two exports.
  2. Multi-currency settlements carry the exchange rate Biffco applied at the moment of conversion, and pending settlements appear in the Fexiva cash forecast the day they are captured, so treasury sees the money before it reaches the bank.

Why Revenue Teams Rely On It

Connecting Biffco Pay removes the weekly spreadsheet that used to reconcile payouts against orders by hand.

Revenue teams also gain a live view of pending settlements inside the Fexiva forecast, which changes how they plan the week: instead of waiting for money to clear before committing to a supplier payment, they can see exactly what is arriving and when. For businesses with thin margins on high volume, that visibility is often worth more than the time saved on reconciliation.
