Barone Bank

About The Integration

Barone Bank is a direct bank connection rather than a screen-scraper, which is the difference between a balance that is right and a balance that was right an hour ago. Balances refresh in real time, transfers can be initiated from Fexiva under the same approval rules as card spend, and statements arrive automatically each night as PDFs, so the finance team never logs in to the bank portal just to download a file.

How To Connect This

From Integrations choose Barone Bank and complete the bank's own consent flow in a secure window. Choose which accounts to connect and whether Fexiva may initiate payments from them. Consent renews every ninety days and Fexiva reminds you two weeks ahead so nothing silently expires.

Get Support

  • Balances and transactions refresh every few minutes.
  • Payment initiation follows your existing Fexiva approval workflow, including dual approval where configured.
  • Statements are stored as PDFs against each account.
  • Consent renewals are flagged two weeks before they are due.
  • Dedicated banking support line for connection problems.

What Syncs Automatically

  1. Account balances, pending and settled transactions and interest lines arrive as they happen, so the balance shown in Fexiva is the balance the bank holds, not a nightly copy of it, which is the foundation every forecast and alert is built on.
  2. Outgoing transfers approved in Fexiva are sent to the bank with the approver, the reason and the supporting document attached, and the monthly statement is filed against the account automatically, ready for the auditor without anyone downloading it.

Why Treasury Teams Prefer A Direct Link

A direct connection means no more downloading CSVs or waiting for a nightly batch to learn where cash actually stands.

Treasury teams use the live balance to sweep idle funds into interest-bearing accounts without leaving Fexiva, and because the approval trail lives in the same place as the balance, the sweep is documented the moment it is made. Over a year, the combination of accurate timing and less idle cash tends to pay for the finance tooling several times over.
