About The Integration

Acme Books is the general ledger most of our customers already run on, so this integration is usually the first one a new team switches on. Connecting it to Fexiva turns every card swipe, transfer and bill payment into a coded, reconciled journal entry the moment it settles, which means finance stops re-keying transactions from statements and starts reviewing entries that are already correct.

How To Connect This

Open Settings and choose Integrations, then pick Acme Books and sign in with an administrator account. Map your Fexiva accounts to ledger accounts once and every future transaction inherits the mapping. The first sync back-fills the last ninety days so your history is complete from day one.

Get Support

  • Two-way sync runs every fifteen minutes and on demand.
  • Category and merchant rules set in Fexiva become account codes in Acme Books automatically.
  • Receipts attach to journal entries as PDFs.
  • Sync errors are listed in one place with a one-click retry.
  • Chat support is available five days a week.

What Syncs Automatically

  1. Card transactions, transfers and bill payments arrive with tax codes, vendors and cost centres already applied, so a controller reviewing the ledger sees complete entries rather than a queue of items waiting to be coded by hand.
  2. Vendors, customers and chart-of-accounts changes flow in both directions, and month-end lock dates are respected on both sides, so nothing Fexiva sends can ever land in a period your accountant has already closed.

Why Teams Connect It First

Teams that connect Acme Books report a close that is days shorter, because the ledger is already complete when the month ends.

The integration is included on every Fexiva plan and needs no add-on licence from Acme. Most companies are fully mapped within an afternoon, and because every rule lives in Fexiva rather than in a spreadsheet, the person who set it up does not have to be in the room for it to keep working next quarter.
